- AP360: Roof Asset Management Program
A proactive roof management strategy is required to increase the longevity of your investment. Without inspections and a preventative maintenance plan in place, minor repairs can easily turn into costly and time-consuming repairs.
As experts in roofing and asset protection, we saw the need for a better way to extend the life of your commercial roof. Our three-part, fully customizable process makes it possible.
-
- Inspect
We start with a 360-degree inspection. More than the roof alone—the AP360 Team inspects outside walls, drainage and the underside of the deck. If applicable, we use cutting-edge drone technology for a complete analysis that combines human and machine intelligence. Leveraging decades of expertise, the AP360 Team identifies and tracks deficiencies to help prevent small issues from becoming larger ones. This improves budget forecasting—as well as maintenance and repair workflow.
-
- Plan
In tandem with the initial inspection, we discuss your asset goals. We align a multi-year AP360 Plan tailored to your goals and budget. Altogether, you have a custom comprehensive plan for asset lifecycle management.
-
- Protect
First, we make any repairs required to restore your roof to a maintainable condition. Then, regularly scheduled maintenance reviews help ensure we identify any issues while they’re still small and less costly to resolve.
Contact us now to discuss how AP360 can save you time and money.
Repairs are backed by a one-year workmanship warranty.
-
- Inspections
It all starts with an understanding of your roof’s current condition. Depending on your needs and budget, inspections may include drone assessments and AI analysis. Industry-leading technology paired with decades of experience provides you with an accurate and comprehensive roof evaluation.

Apollo Primm specializes in the following commercial roofing systems:- TPO (Thermoplastic Olefin) – Highly resistant to UV rays and is becoming increasingly common in roofing, especially in warmer climates.
- EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer) – Extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane widely used on low-slope commercial buildings.
- PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) – A roof membrane that consists of two flexible layers of PVC, with a reinforcing layer of scrim sandwiched in the middle.
- Roof Coating – A monolithic, fully adhered, fluid-applied roofing membrane. A roof coating actually becomes the top layer of a composite roof membrane and underlying system. As such, the roof coating is the topmost layer of protection for the membrane, receiving the impact of sunlight (both infrared and ultraviolet (UV)), rain, hail and physical damage.
- Firestone: Master Contractor and Inner Circle of Quality
- Carlisle: Perfect 10 Award and FleeceBACK® Champions
- Johns Manville: Pinnacle Advantage Summit Club
Roof installations are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty and two-year installation warranty.
